Payment for services policy: We accept all debit, credit cards, cash and direct billing. All appointments MUST be paid either by yourself or direct billing provider at the end of your appointment. If your direct billing company fails to pay for your service, you MUST pay for the entire visit before leaving our clinic.
Cancellation Policy: 24-hour notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment. This can be done by phoning or emailing the clinic.
No Show Policy: if a client does not show up to their scheduled appointment, the client will be charged the FULL amount for the appointment that was missed. (Therapists are self employed, your no show appointment financially hurts them)
Late Cancellation policy: if a client’s cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the client may be subject to pay a $50 late cancellation fee for the appointment they have booked.
Right of refusal Policy: Practitioners and clients both have the right to refuse to treatment or receive treatment with an acceptable reason. This must be clearly communicated. No charge shall be rendered by the client.
Behavior Policy: rude, abusive and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated towards any staff, practitioners or clients. These situations will result in immediate termination from utilizing any of our services.
